Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping within the Netherlands:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Delivery time after shipping: 1-3 business days
- Shipping method: PostNL
- Shipping cost: €3.95
- Free shipping on orders over €25
Shipping within the EU:
- Processing time: 2-3 business days
- Delivery time after shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on destination)
- Shipping method: PostNL International
- Shipping cost: €8.95
Important Information:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Perfume decants are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email

Damaged or Lost Packages:
- Report damaged packages within 48 hours of receipt via info@samsdecants.com
- For lost packages, we will start an investigation with PostNL after 10 business days
Note:
Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable goods. Shipping outside the EU is not possible due to international regulations.
