Refund policy

At Sam’s Decants, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, you may return your order within 14 days, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note:

• Returns are only accepted for customers within the Netherlands. Unfortunately, international returns are not possible due to regulations regarding flammable goods.

• Returns cannot be accepted if the packaging has been opened and the fragrance has been used, or if you simply change your mind about the purchase.

• Variations between batches or reformulations of perfumes are normal and do not qualify for returns.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the product contents only (excluding shipping costs).

We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges or returns in order to ensure the best possible service for all our customers.
