Return Policy

At Sam’s Decants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original, unopened packaging

  • Returns are only accepted for customers within the Netherlands

  • International returns are not possible due to regulations regarding flammable goods

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed perfume decants that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons. Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The packaging has been opened and the fragrance has been used

  • You change your mind after opening the product

  • There are normal variations between batches or due to reformulations

Return Procedure

  • "Contact us within 14 days at info@samsdecants.com Send the unopened product back to: Sam's Decants, Dorpsstraat 150, Winkel, 1731 RK, NL. Chamber of Commerce number: 42016241. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense."

Refunds

  • We will refund the value of the product only (excluding shipping costs)

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned item

  • We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges or returns
